    Default iPod touch 3G

    Hi guys,
    I was looking around my ipod's root directory the other day, and I thought "Why can't you just put the files that are on the iPhone that give it 3g on the iPod, so you have wifi anywhere?". Since I have an iPod touch, I have to use wifi to download anything but I don't want to buy an iPhone. Do you know if this is possible? If you're unsure but you want to find out, could you copy your iphones root directory into a .zip folder (and take out any personal data, obviously ) and attach it?
