3.1.3 unlocked wont work on tmo 3g

Hey MMI brethren,

I would like to know if anyone knows if an unlocked 3g iphone, running 3.1.3, should get 3g service from tmobile?

I turned 3g switch on and got "no service" on the top of the screen.

Any ideas?

but to answer ur question u cannot get 3g on tmobile iphone
turn it off and if it is unlocked, itll go back to service

I am still on 4.26.08bb and used pwnage tool 3.1.5 to jailbreak my phone. I then used ultrasnow and that unlocked it.

I was unsure if it was going to work, but it did thankfully.

Do you know why 3g wont work for me?

cause att and tmobile have differenct 3g frequencies
everytime u turn on 3g ull get no service

I am excited to share that I was ABLE to jailbreak and unlock my 2g iphone with 3.1.3 firmware.

well u can always unlock a 2g and ya the only ones not able to unlock is 3g or 3gs but bloodpart unlocked his.
