3G - Possible with boost mobile?
Is 3g possible on unlocked iphones?
If its carrier specific, which carriers have it?

Haha. You can't even get the iPhone to work on Boost mobile

In the US it's T-mobile & AT&T only.
As for what carriers' 3G you can use on the iPhone, basically any GSM carrier that offers 3G except for the T-mobile in the US.I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

Are you sure you had your 2G working on Boost mobile?!?!
The iPhone only supports GSM and Boost uses IDEN so it isn't possible.I always feel sorry for the guy in the iPhone commercials. He always gets a call right in the middle of trying to do something

I didn't think T-Mobile and AT&T were the ONLY GSM cell providers in the US.

The only reason I remember using boost mobile is because I used to get free SMS's.

Yes, Boost is part of the Sprint network using CDMA tech. It is impossible to use their network with an iPhone or any AT&T phone.
People think just because Boost uses sim cards that they are compatible.
