Vodafone Carrier Logo

Hey guys!!! cud someone be kind enough to help me out with the custom carrier logo. I've tried it SOOOO many times but still dint figure it out. I have Vodafone IN on a iPhone 3GS... Sorry guys but im a noob.... here are the images im using.

it says the following on the webpage:
you can put the logos in the folder “/System/Library/Carrier Bundles/Vodafone_in.bundle”
the black n white logo should be named FSO_CARRIER_Vodafone IN.png
and the color one should be named Default_CARRIER_Vodafone IN.png

all the folders for Vodafone India [404xx] are symlinked to the Vodafone_in.bundle folder.
