Anyone Have 02-UK Carrier Settings (Billing Menu)

Hi ther,e i seen the tutorial to make the billing menu for your own carrier, but it just wont work!! I saw a guy on eBay had managed to get it working, but it just aint working for me =(

Anyone have them??

Tested, when i go into see if it works the screen is blank

Try again with the updated files. I think the & may have been messing it up. Make sure you are replacing all 4 files - remember, two go in one folder, two in another.
