Rogers iPhone 3GS new contract policy

I'm a bit confused on the plans that go with the iPhone 3GS (new contract) Do I have to add a data plan on top of any other plan I chose? And do I have to chose between their 60$ plan and their 75 $ plan. There site doesn't really explain much and I'm just really confused...
can anyone help?

You don't have to add data, and you don't have to use their 'iPhone plans.' They may try to force you into a data plan as it increases their commission, but just ignore them. Make sure to disable 3G and Edge if you aren't getting a plan though, otherwise expect a huge bill.
