I upgraded my contract to an iPhone 3G at an O2 (UK) store on Wednesday and was told I could still keep my same SIM and my tariff would simply switch over to the iPhone £35 up to 48 hours later. It now been over this period, and 2 calls to O2 have confirmed there are no pending changes on my account.

Has anyone else had this where it hasnt changed over?
I am NOT particularly wanting it to, because the tariff I had was great but I also dont want to be stung later?
