hi guys


well, edge doesn't seem to work on my phone...
what i have done so far:

downloaded carrier settings via installer
checked settings and they are correct. (apn: internet, usr & pw: blank)

i don't have any icon next to carriers one, where i used to get edge just fine before on 2.0 or even before that, don't remember.

i'm pwnd running 2.0.1 on orange switzerland.ich used boss prefs to activate/ deactivate edge. reset my phone. restartet my phone. took out the sim and put it back in...

any clue what i'm missing?

safari says: can't open pahe bc there's no connection to the internet...

do you already tried Boss prefs? I had the same problem. but after installed Bossprefs it works again

i had it already....do i have to uninstall an reinstall again?

you need to manually input the edge settings.

while on wifi navigate safari to unlockit.co.nz, from there you can manually input your apn settings and "profile" will appear in settings>general menu in the iphone. from there you can use boss prefs to toggle edge when you want and safari will connect fine. with 2.0+ you cant input edge settings any other way that i know of. good luck
