I have a jailbroken & unlocked 1st gen iphone on fw 2.0

I'm getting tired of upgrading & jailbreaking then unlocking my phone. And, i'm happy with the iphone apps. the sim card I use is from a country that now officially carries iphone.

Can I upgrade normally now to a new firmware and have the phone useable automatically?

if u mean i fu can use your globe sim then i guess you can if u get your iphone unlocked.but if u mean u can use your iphone without losing any info's in there thats another story

I mean use the globe sim on the locked(if i upgrade the firmware to 2.02) 1st gen iphone since globe is now an official iphone carrier?
