I am with Fido in Canada, I do not have Voicemail service however there is a red indicator on my phone icon. I cannot access the voicemail but it still shows the red indicator. I called Fido to delete my viocemail in case they were blocking me from seeing then or whatever but no use....
Any help is appreciated
