orange carrier settings button

Hi all.
I have a question 2 days ago in installer app their was an application that enabled you to install the orange france carrier settings into your iphone. I installed it and like an idiot deleted it because I thought i had caused a problem on my phone and it turned out to be another thing all together...

Anyways my question is i no longer see this application in my installer options to install and could not find it anywhere has anyone posibbly downloaded this and could send my a link to it or at least tell me of another source that has it? If my memory serves me right i think it was part of the frenchiphone.com source but i cant find it anywhere.
