i just unlocked my first iphone (came stock with 1.1.1) and was wondering how to upload software or sub software to the iphone without messing up its unlocked state.

For example i downloaded the SNES roms apps from the installer, but i dont know how to add roms to it, and i dont know how to add download iphone apps from this website onto my iphone

can you guys help me out?
