What i meant is there a way to add more themes to summerboard ,besides the obvious ways. i want to add some not found on apptapp as there are only a few on there.maybe through terminal or something?

Yeah try using this program, iPhoneBrowser.
I find it to be exceptional and I'm a newbie at this stuff....
once you get iPhoneBrowser, open it up and just save your new theme with the summerboard theme's.
/var/root/Library/SummerBoard/Themes/
Just make a new folder on your desktop and add all your files (your theme files) and place the folder there.
Then open up Summerboard (SMBPrefs) and click on theme and you should see the folder you added there.
