Don't see installed apps

I have installed a lot of apps using the installer, but unfortunately I cannot see all of them on the desktop. How do I browse them?
Suggestions?

Do you have the program Summerboard installed? If not you need it to be able to get more icons on the springboard (Home screen) of the phone.
