An alternative to InstallerApp for OS X

I have an iPhone without wifi (nope i'm not looking for a wifi fix) and would like to be able to install apps via usb from 10.6, does anybody know of an alternative to RipDev's InstallerApp or at least what the latest build was before they left the scene?

I'm aware of Cyder for windows, but would much prefer the capability to do so under OS X

you could use boot camp or vitual box to run cyder then email the .deb or whatever to yourself then get it on the mac...that could work. or maybe use
