No, it is in mp3, how do I change the format? Nevermind, I used Quicktime Pro, and now it's in m4a format, but it is still saying that it has incountered a problem and must close.

You can use iTunes and go to preferences>advanced>importing then set format to AAC. Now right click on a song to convert to aac then you have your m4a ringtone

I really don't think its the format of the ringtone that is the problem, but i'm not sure what the problem is.

After you run jailbreak, are you putting the modified services.plist back on each time?
