Help! no wifi, no BT, no calls can be made or received

I am new to the iphone community, HELLO.

My problem is a bricked 1.0.2 phone. I have a PowerBook G4, Tiger 10.4.11, iTunes 7.6.1 and my iPhone, according to iNdependence is f/w 1.0.2, not activated, and jailed, with iBoot- 159.
The iTunes error is: Sim card is Pin locked or not installed. You must enter your SIM PIN or insert your SIM card into your iPhone in order to activate it.
After upgrading to 1.1.1 I wanted to downgrade the baseband, but the program broke down after erasing my baseband. Now I have the error:
Repair needed ... iPhone cannot make or receive calls. call apple.

Any suggestions on how to save the 400?

Download Ziphone, use the "refurbish" utility.

Then use Ziphone to put the phone into DFU mode.

Then restore with Itunes.
