Whats the Easiest way to upload themes?>

i have ibrickr and installer, is that all i need, and if i d/l a theme off this site how do i upload it on my iphone?

From installer, install Summerboard & iSwitcher, most of the themes are located there, then you can install the themes through installer.

ok i have installer and all the new programs, how do i put a theme still?! im confused
