Help me i'm new at this

Ok all i need serious help. i installed installer and a couple of games but that is about all i can get to work. I tried to download cyberduck and transmit but cant get them to log onto my phone. i have seen some wicked things done to these jailbroken phones and would like to do the same. For ex. a backdrop(wallpaper) that stays on all the time. customized battery symbol etc... Please someone help me.

Now, what version R U? (1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4)

ok what you do is if you have 1.1.4 hacked go to the installer down load the customize there going to be 2 download the latest one then once you down down loading it go to the customize icon and start changing stuff as for wall paper you can just go to the installer once you download the customize package open the installer and scroll down till you see Themes (Customize and there you would pick wall paper and stuff like that

To change background: Install summerboard. Go to categories > Themes (SUmmerboard) and install a few. then just open summerboard and change your theme.

Don't forget to install openssh if you are going to use cyberduck.
