Installing themes and skins for dummies

I've followed all the directions for OSX Drag and Drop set up. I'm at the point where I'm ready to mod with new icons/themes/skins.... whatever. Oh by the way I'm using CyberDuck instead of Fugu. I've downloaded some things I like and dont have a clue on where to put them in Cyberduck for them to actually work. Anybody know where someone like I can find more information.
