Any way to activate for use with ANY sim?

I have a hardware unlocked Iphone; I used iNdependence to activate the phone for use with MY sim card. However, if i insert anyone elses sim card i get the "incorrect sim" message.

My understanding is, that if you want to use a different sim you have to re-activate the phone for each new sim. Is there anyway to "permanently" activate the iphone so that it will work with any sim card i put in without having to reactivate each time?

Can i just use indepence to SSH to my phone and then just drop the file in the folder and its good to go?

Steps i expect:

1. Jail break fone using independence
2. SSH to phone
3. drop unzipped file into stated directory
4. remove SSH files
5. return to jail

?
