Community Resources equivalent for Summerboard?

I installed apptapp and Summerboard for the first time yesterday. Obviously installing apps on the fly via apptapp is great. But aside from the stock themes in Summerboard, installing themes appears to be more work than I care to do or have time for. Maybe this already exists somewhere...I haven't seen it...but wouldn't it be great to be able to browse/install from a theme list like you can Community Resources?
