Just ssh it and jail it and then use ssh to mod.

i have had no problem leaving my jailbreaked 8 gb just as it is. itunes works fine.

i think it just depends on how you do it. run the apptapp install to jailbreak it and set it and forget it.

i cannot do any installs without it being jailbroken so I leave it out of jail. iTunes works fine for me. I cannot get SSH/SFTP to work however and Terminal is having an issue at this point which the developers are looking at.

what do you mean itunes doesnt work when its been unjailed? mine syncs fine. Do you mean you cant play songs from your iphone in itunes?
