HELP ! how Uninstall Quicktime 7.6 Patch ?

Can someone please tell me how to uninstall quicktime 7.6 patch ? Im trying to be able to do the new way of putting my phone in DFU mode since OSX 10.5.6 wont let me put it into dfu mode but theres a new way but i have to uninstall the QT 7.6 patch ..... PLEASE HELP GUYS / GALS ! THANKS SO MUCH AHEAD OF TIME !!!
