lost my contacts when I syncd my iphone to new Macbook
I have searched so dont tell me to search please.
So my Dell laptop crashed. So I went and bought a Macbook.. AWESOME..
I hooked up my Iphone and went to sync. It walked me threw everything and I thought I had it all set up right so I synced. After the sync I check my phone and all my music and contacts are gone.
How can I get them back.. The Hard drive on the dell is okay and I have pulled it out and can take to to the IT department in my company and they will pull any files off it. Thing is I dont know where the files are located and even once I get them how do I load them onto my macbook and back onto my phone??

Hate it when that happens. I would suggest re-syncing with old Dell hard drive placed in a new computer. Pay attention to the check marks in iTunes at the bottom of the phone/info page. Worth a try anyway. Good luck

When i hook the HD up I cant get itunes to recognize from that HD. There fore I cant sync it that way. Is there no way to import the contacts? Where does itunes store the contacts? Can I just import that file to the Macbook?
