I have the same problem, I haven't been able to figure out a way to make the icons trans. with ifuntastic. It seems like it forces you to have a bg color...

The thread above contains a way that works well for the home screen and dock icon.
I have the background color issue when changing the battery icons. Any workaround for that?
Are you serious? Don't use ifuntastic, that is crazy talk.
