HELP! iFuntastic (or maybe my iphone) not working correctly.

I restored my iPhone to start of with a clean slate, and i went back into iFuntastic to unshackle it again. But halfway through the first step, when the phone went into recovery mode, it didnt restart on its own. A message popped up telling me to restart it myself, so i did. it continued, then it said "waiting for iPhone - timeout 4 sec" or something like that, and a message popped up telling me to unplug and plug it back in and "keep trying." Well i did, and the same message kept on popping up, over and over again, after the 4 second timeout. I tried restoring it again, and it still happened. what's going on? i cant get through the unshackle process, so now im stuck with my lame stock features.

I am fairly sure iFuntastic has not been updated to work with the new version of iTunes as of the moment...

No. You will also have to downgrade the MobileDevice that comes with this version of iTunes - thats the major issue.

This is a huge issues with alot of people. I racked my brain for about 2 hours after I did a restore on my phone. But I downgrade firmware and itunes and it still didnt work. so I just installed the new apptapp for itunes 7.4 and above. I guess the only thing we can do is sit back and wait.
