    Default Help: Installing ssh problems!
    Hi Everyone...

    Sorry I am bit new to this...

    I have activated my iphone using iActivate and installed the jailbreak program successfully and also installed iPHUC succesfully.

    I am however having trouble installing ssh as the guide looks for a file which I dont have in the following line:

    getfile /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.update.plist

    I get the following message:

    remote: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.update.plist
    local: /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.update.plist
    AFCFileRefOpen: opening remote path '/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.update.plist'
    AFCFileRefRead: reading 489 bytes into buffer
    getfile: Failed to open local file '/System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.update.plist'

    What step have I missed? Or why would my mac not have this file?

    Thanks in advance!

    search the forums here... it's already answered..

    but you can duplicate another plist file and rename it to the right name, and put this text in with a texteditor

    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
    <!DOCTYPE plist PUBLIC "-//Apple Computer//DTD PLIST 1.0//EN" "http://www.apple.com/DTDs/PropertyList-1.0.dtd">
    <plist version="1.0">
    <dict>
    <key>Label</key>
    <string>com.apple.update</string>
    <key>ProgramArguments</key>
    <array>
    <string>/usr/sbin/update</string>
    </array>
    <key>OnDemand</key>
    <false/>
    </dict>
    </plist>
