Fugu Issue - Can't delete a folder

I am using Fugu for my ipod touch and have run into a problem deleting a folder in my var/mobile/Media/EBooks folder. Fugu claims that the directory can't be deleted because it doesn't exist. I tried seeing if there are any hidden files...but even when i double click the folder, I can't access it. Again, because Fugu says it doesn't exist.

The error says:
"Couldn't remove directory: No such file or directory"

Can anybody help? Thanks!

i know you can't delete folders with files included on this fugu program (i'm using the sftp) but why is this the case? isn't it so inconvenient?

You could just get iFile and delete it from your itouch, thats the method I used to get around the annoyingness that fugu provides when you're trying to delete a folder.
