trouble installing themes using ifuntastic 3 for ppc users

I started a thread on how to install themes using ifuntastic. Poetic Folly (A nice man) gave a hint to replace the icons in the file directory and restart the phone. But, for some reason when I do that and I go to the home screen, Nothing shows (ifuntastic home screen) Then, I go back to the file directory and the stock icons show. Yet, when I click off "show current icon" i can see my replaced icon. Im trying to be very carefull, double checking where/what im uploading ect.....I have to admit Ima a noob when it comes to getting this "iphone" to be "MY PHONE " . I good with cell phones using bitpim........Any kind souls that can help a fellow ppc user ?

Please, is there a easier way of loading themes ?

Are these themes (digitakid56) are for intel mac users only ?

Question : What is demo app. ? functions ?
