stupid question about adobe flash?

I see in the iphone file tree a folder called "internet plugins" for safari , the quicktime plugin is similar to that on my ppc "internet plugins" folder, if i put my flash file on my iphone , could it be mod'd to work? thinking, if its osx shouldnt it be the same?

so whats the diff in the quicktime plugin on the iphone and the one for safari on the mac? they seem the same
