Changing the dock - help please

okay jakeyboy hooked me up with a mod and i want to get my feet wet and slowly poke aroung on my phone. i want to change the dock background.
i have an intel mac and already know how to jailbreak, all my files are already loaded ,iphoneinterface,iphonebundles,iphone1,1_1, jailbreak,phonedmg ect..and ready to go (hence modded phone)so do i copy the SBDockBG2-9.png to my iphone bundles folder and my phonedmg folder also and then type what command in terminal to place it there ?
i know the final command from the guide for closing just need the start and place it there files.

oh one more thing if i download a theme do i do the same thing, place it in both the phonedng and the iphone bundles forlders,do i delete the old one im replacing? i assuming this is whats supposed to be done, as i am seeing this in both my folders but just want to make sure..

i think all you have to do is put it in the phonebundles folder and then run the commands...if you only want to change the dock then find ur picture... name it too SBDockBG2.png and put in in the phonedmg folder... jailbreak,iphoneinterface... cd /System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app/..press enter.... then run ...putfile SBDockBG2.png... then run.... cd /System/Library/Lockdown... if it doesnt work then type in...cd /... then run ....cd /System/Library/Lockdown.... again, after that... putfile Services.plist...restart ur phone and u should be done... get that kinda??

i have the file but its SBdockBG2-9.png - is this wrong.
and how do i do iphoneinterface.
dont remember that step and dont thinkthis was in the installing png files but i will look again/ thanks jake i really appreciate you helping me

yeah we didnt do it too much iphoneinterface in ipb... just rename the file to SBDockBG2.png ... caps do matter i think. Jailbreak then... in terminal cd to the phonedmg folder and type ./iphoneinterface to get into iphoneinterface then follow my other posted directions.

edit: I am familiar with ssh, i cant find the correct folder to replace the png. Thanks

PLEASE ANYONE!

I am using cyberduck to try to change my dock, I've done everything its told to by replacing SBDockBG.png with my own into the Springboard.app but its not working!


Please please please could somebody help me!!!
