iPhone newb HELP!!!

I need help BADLY!

I have an OTB 1.1.2.

It was previously downed to 1.1.1 before I brought it.

I wanted to go to 1.1.2. I followed the iClarified tutes and forgot to install OKTOPREP 1.1.1 before I started.

Now my phone is in the cable connecting to iTunes sreen, i think its the recovery screen.

So i google how to get out of the recovery mode.

iNdependence WONT boot it out of recovery.

Jailbreak.jar WONT boot it out of recovery - it simply hangs.

I cannot restore to a preset firmware through iTUnes because iTunes says that I have a SIM that is locked installed... etc etc...

Have I broken my iPhone? I really REALLY need help.

Hold the Power and home button and count to 10 after that let go of the power button and continue to hold the home until itunes reads your phone in restore mode.......

once in restore mode press the option button on your keyboard and hit restore in itunes.... your harddrive will open locate firmware 1.1.1 on your computer and open it.. Itunes will downgrade your phone once thats finished itunes will give u an error dont worry bout it quit itunes and open independence and that kick it out of restore mode.....
Proceed to jailbreak and oktoprep your phone then UPDATE not RESTORE your phone to 1.1.2
