1.1.3 -3 Ssh
I am trying to SSH and SFTP into my iPhone. I have installed BSD and OpenSSH from Installer. Please inform me if there is something different I have to do.

Nothing different. What error are you getting? From terminal it would be:
# ssh [email protected] (whatever your IP is) then password "alpine" (I think, unless Apple changed it again)Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

ssh: connect to host 192.168.1.106 port 22: Connection refused
And if I try it with the # it just gives me a new command line.Chris 'cWanja' Wanja

Yea, it was off. I use NetServices to turn it on. OpenSSH is installed.
I just reinstalled it.
Ok I reinstalled it. But now it is giving me host issues.Last edited by cWanja; 02-06-2008 at 01:39 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost

It is now giving me the connection failed error again.
The OpenSSH only allows you to connect once until you turn it off??Last edited by cWanja; 02-06-2008 at 03:11 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
