1.1.3 Upgrade
Here is what I got:
- 8GB iPhone
- TMO with iPhoneSIMFree
- 1.1.2
- Jailbroken
- SSH Installed
- No installer icon
Also, I have tried this before following Nates guide, but my Installer did not work and it would not update to 3.0b10 - I was pissed.
Please tell me the best way to do this and what I should do after the upgrade. I know there are like Mail and Prefs fixes out there. The most information would be best.Last edited by cWanja; 02-05-2008 at 12:34 PM.

Best way to do this is to go to the Guides section and follow the DevTeam method.
Get "iPod & iTunes for Dummies", it'll change your life.

Are you suggesting doing this the Installer method, or do it via Terminal and the .zip package download?

Both do the same thing. Pros and Cons, the Installer method doesn't require a computer but takes a very long time. The DevTeam method, much shorter, but you should be familiar with SSH and terminal commands.

Well, I am pretty good with SSH considering I had to do a lot of terminal coding when I originally unlocked the phone; but doesn't it also come with a read me where you can pretty much copy and paste?
I think I might try the Terminal method and just restore if I have to.Chris 'cWanja' Wanja
