1.1.3 downgrade
could someone please post this procedure for those of us who had problems with the upgrade and had to jail our phones in order for them to work.

I guess i will reply to myself since a lot of people have looked but no one has chimed in. i have tried for 4 hours to downgrade and unlock on both windows and mac. the only place that i can get to is 1.1.2 jailbroke with no phone service.
so i guess the answer to your question is NO nightkeeper62, it cannot be done.
