ssh help

can someone tell me what i did wrong. i am not sure if i need to run iphuc before i try to install. getfile command dosent work what do i do??

ok sorry so vauge I have a ppc and I use
iphuc so I found some instructions
I start by running I phuc and then
try to continue and it gives a error of
port 22 refused then i tried another
method and i use the command get file
and it say not valid command is there
another way or a guide thanks
