    Question restoring iphone 1.1.1
    hi.. i have an iphone jailbroken and unlocked running firmware 1.1.1 and have been experiencing a few problems lately... so wanted to do a full restore and start fresh.. it was a firmware 1.0.2 or 1.0.1 out of the box...

    Before proceeding any further.. i just wanted to make sure for restoring the firmware do i need to revirginize it again: go bak to 1.0.1 n then upgrade to 1.1.1 or should i use the 1.1.1 firmware file in itunes, restore it and then do the jailbreaking and unlocking for there??
    The 2nd option is sooo much easier but didnt wanna go ahead before checkin ...plzz help ..

    use the second one you said! just restore to 1.1.1 then do the jailbreak again. you don't have to verginize
