After mod can not assign pic a background! iFuntastic?

I am using iFuntastic 2.5 and changed my app icons and tons of other stuff, working great but I have a black background and when I assign a pic to the background via the phone I still am stuck with black. My only idea is that iFuntastic automatically assigns black to the icon and has an issue with transparency. Seems others have talked about this as well. Any ideas?

iFuntastic doesn't like transparency. Gonna have to do a separate method, iPhoneInterface, iPHUC, etc.
