Uploading Photos to iPhone

Hi. I just restored my iphone cause I was playing around with skinning it. I made a copy of all my photos, and now I would like to put them back on the phone so that they show up under Camera Roll. Any ideas on how to do this? I have a couple file browsers, but I'm not sure where they go.
