NEED MAJOR HELP tryna "Self" Mod my (Original) iPhone v.1.0.2

Hello everybody.
I know im asking for alot but i really need the help of those who are skilled at this. I have an iPhone v1.0.2 and i am using iTunes version 7.4.1(2) on a Mac 1.33ghz PopwerPC G4 (Laptop).
I made the mistake of trying too mod my iphone myself but i didnt do a great job at all! My iphone is ALREADY UNLOCKED! I am using tmobile on it.
The problem is the mods i attempted to put on suck and i downloaded the Installer on to it but when ever i go to it it freezes the entire iPhone and i have to power down and restart.
To make matters worse my friend had someone mod his and it had EVERYTHING i wanted on mine!
Unlimited Video recording!
Games!
All types of mod's!
Please! Please! Please can someone give me directions in detail and links included as to what i have to do to mod my iphone with as much good stuff as i can!
Im really bad with all of the tech talk so if someone can simplify the instructions i would really!really!really appreciate this.
