Armadillo Artworker Question

Im trying to change my 1.1.2 Dial pad with Armadillo's Artworker v0.5. I extracted the PNG's and overwritten the MobilePhonePackedImages-30.png with my new image. However when I try to re compress it back to the .artwork file the MobilePhonePackedImages-30.png reverts back to the original. I know this because when I try to unpack the .artwork again to make sure the file was overwritte, it always reverts it back to the original. I have the .artwork file and the png folder in the same directory. Im not sure what im doing wrong? Can anyone help please?

Read the Read Me that is included. You have probably changed the dimensions of some files.
