I found a simple but powerful way to update my iPhone on my Mac. After installing ssh the though came to me to try using macfuse and sshfs. I can now drag and drop files to my iPhone!!!

Can you please explain how you do that? I'm trying to install NES into my phone....

You need to first ssh your iPhone

Than install macfuse on your mac and use sshfs to connect to you iPhone
