Strange sms problem

Hello everyone.

I have an Iphone from the very beginning. (its even a 4gb version).

I have updated from 1.0.2 to 1.1.1 and a month ago or so to 1.1.2.
I have jailbreaken, unlocked etc the iphone with succes.

Averything works except i got a strange problem with sms.

Sometimes the sms that i send isn't recieved to the person i send it to or sometimes it's not recieved completely. (The beginning or just the end..)

I've searched the internet but i cant found anyone else who has the same problem.

I'm from belgium and my carrier is Base.

Someone that can help me ?

Are you getting a delivery confirmation when it sends? I have never seen that issue here in the states with ATT network.

No i dont get one, but i never get a delivery confirmation, that doesn't work here in Belgium..

i have the same problem and would really appreciate some help on this matter. i run 1.1.1, in australia on optus network.

almost a third of the time the sms doesn't get sent/get received by the other person.
