Just edit apps/artwork?

I have a 1.1.1 phone that all I want to do is edit my .png files and possibly rid of a few apps like the itunes store? Is there any way to do this without jailbreaking. Im tired of all the bugs/open SSH and everything. Also I've asked a thousand times and looked everywhere, is there a way to delete installer.app I tried deleting the file in my /applications folder previously but i still am stuck with a side to side scrolling screen.

Lastly, is there a way to edit the apps and positions when using installer.app.

sorry these are random questions, ive been working for 6 hours virginizing, upgrading and trying everything but am not getting what i am looking for.

You need the app called Customize. No way to do this without jailbreaking.

If your with AT&T you can just restore. And you'll be back to Apples version of the iPhone. I'm not sure if this is the answer your looking for? Maybe?

If you want to make any changes to your phone you have to jailbreak it.
