Background Problem

i dont know how to put a full background on my iphone. i downloaded one of digitalkid56(or 65)'s themes and i saw a folder called demoapp and it had the wallpaper and i was wondering if any one could help me to put the background up. any help would make me happy.

i dont use windows.! how did that get there?
