Upgrading to the new Apple Firmware

I have an iPhone running 1.1.1 and using Installer.app which I accomplished with the jailbreakme.com method. I recently got a MacBook, and I have a wireless network at the house. Can anybody give me some directions to upgrade to the latest version of Apple firmware and keep my jailbreak, or jailbreak with the upgraded firmware? From my understanding, Installer.app is only for 1.1.1., so what method would be the most stable?

On 1.1.1, go to jailbreakme.com. Then install oktoprep. Then update. There is a step by step around, so just google oktoprep and you should find it.

Mine is 1.1.1 and jailbroken, AppSnapp installed.
How do I upgrade to 1.1.2 and keep jailbroken?
