I searched all over for a mod to do this and didn't find anything. I would like to change my text notification to a ringtone. Any ideas would be great....

just replace /System/Library/Audio/UISounds/sms-received.caf with the ringtone you want

You need to convert your ringtone into an aif formatted sound file. Then replace the .aif extension with .caf

You need to convert your ringtone into an aif formatted sound file.A lot of them are used for things like mathematical modelling of climate change, objects in space moving around another etc.
