file browser for mac

so i juts recently got a macbook and am trying to find all new programs for my ifone..... i tried downloading ifuntastic 3.0.3 but didnt seem to recognize my phone... i searched around and found a few others with similar problems. is there another program that i can use.... primarily just for file browsing. its already ziphoned 2.5c on a pc and im an att customer.. i just want to drag and drop files from my mac to the phone... any ideas?

you have to use AFPd. (download via installer)

i've tried using AFPd.... could never get it to seem to work... downloaded it, restarted the phone, hooked it into the macbook and it never seemed to show up...... i dunno what else to try..... oh yeah.... i opened up the app on my phone and made sure both settings were set to on... im on a 1.1.4 ziphoned with 2.5c

I use Flow now, used to use Transmit.

to use afpd you have to install it on iphone then enable it in the app first
then on your computer in finder click 'go' up the top, then 'connect to server'.
in that box type in afp://(iphones ip address)
doesn't need to be connected by usb just has to be connected by wifi to your local network
when it asks for username and password use username "root" and password "alpine"
