Putfile Error

When trying to add a background to the dialer pad I go through the tutotorial and get this error:

iPhone:/# cd /Applications/MobilePhone.app/
iPhone:/Applications/MobilePhone.app/# putfile BarDialer_Sel.png
Problem with AFCFileRefWrite: 12


If I try again, I continue to get this AFCFileRefWrite: 12 error. I have tried multiple times and have downloaded the "newest" versions of jailbreak and iPhoneInterface.

Any suggestions?

Did you copy BarDialer_Sel.png into your phonedmg folder?

Yep, its in there and properly named...
